2. <\/span><\/span>DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY <\/span><\/h3>\n

The data you provide is kept in strict confidence and in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. We have appropriate measures in place to ensure the integrity of the provided information. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ensure the confidentiality and security of your data and account password, and restrict access to your devices to prevent unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activities conducted with your account and password and for taking all necessary measures to avoid their theft.<\/span><\/p>\n

The System may include open-source licenses. The open-source System is licensed and distributed under open-source\/free licenses, such as the GNU General Public License (GPL) or the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL). Under no circumstances will the Licensor be liable for damages, regardless of origin or connection to the open-source system.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event that IDIOMA INTERNACIONAL receives a claim, becomes involved in legal proceedings, or suffers economic losses or damages resulting from a breach of these general terms and the agreement, you will be responsible for compensating the full amount of the loss, including any reasonable amounts incurred by IDIOMA INTERNACIONAL in legal costs, attorney fees, and court costs. <\/span><\/p>\n

You guarantee and agree that, while using the System, you will not: (a) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any other person or entity; (b) insert your own advertisement, brand placement, or any other promotional content, or that of a third party, into any of the content, materials, or services, nor use, redistribute, republish, or exploit such content or services for any additional commercial or promotional purpose, unless expressly authorized in writing by IDIOMA INTERNACIONAL; or (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems. You will not: (i) engage in unauthorized access to databases to collect email addresses, wireless addresses, or other information, including, without limitation, any information contained on any server or database connected to the System or the services offered on or through it; (ii) obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to computer systems, materials, or information by any means; (iii) use the System or services made available on or through the System in any way that intends to disrupt, damage, disable, overburden, or impair the System or such services, including, without limitation, sending unsolicited mass messages or \u201cflooding\u201d servers with requests; (iv) use the System or the services or items of the System in violation of intellectual property or other legal or proprietary rights of IDIOMA INTERNACIONAL or any third party; or (v) use the System or the System’s services in violation of any applicable law. You agree not to attempt (or encourage or support others in attempting) to cheat, destroy, decrypt, or otherwise alter or interfere with the System or the System’s services, or with any content of it, or make any unauthorized use thereof. You agree not to use the System in any way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the System or interfere with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the System or any of its services. You will not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available to the public through the System.<\/span><\/a> IDIOMA INTERNACIONAL reserves the right to use and access the System.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>8. <\/span><\/span>INDEMNIFICATION<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/a>You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold IDIOMA INTERNACIONAL and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any kind, including attorneys’ fees, incurred as a result of your use of the System, your posting or transmission of any message, content, information, software, or other materials through the System, or your violation of the law or these Terms and Conditions. <\/span><\/p>\n

IDIOMA INTERNACIONAL<\/span> reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with IDIOMA INTERNACIONAL in the defense of such claim.<\/span><\/p>\n

INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGE assumes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any damage to or any virus that may infect your equipment due to your access to, use of, or browsing in the System or your downloading of any data, text, images, or content from the System. If you are dissatisfied, please discontinue using it.<\/span><\/p>\n

IDIOMA INTERNACIONAL makes its best efforts<\/span> to ensure that the information published is correct and updated, and therefore reserves the right to change or make corrections to any information provided at any time and without prior notice.<\/span> <\/p>\n
